To kick off our 15th year of artistic adventuring, 1975 is proud to present this new body of work by Quajay Donnell.
In the Fall of 2022, with a small digital camera in his pocket, Quajay Donnell entered what a friend referred to as his “goth phase,” capturing moments primarily in black and white. Spread Your Light is a collection of street scenes from September 2022 through July 2023, a period that served as a perspective reset from the colorful photos of murals Donnell has become known for over the last four years.
Please join us for an opening reception on Friday, September 15 from 6-9pm.
The show will run September 1 - 30, 2023.
