Super talented artists and very beautiful pieces. MORE INFO: Roc Paint Division is the City of Rochester’s Youth Mural Arts Program. Their mission is to beautify the city’s R-Centers through mural arts while providing employment and training opportunities to young developing artist. The program is led by Justin Suarez, Sarah C. Rutherford and Brittany Williams - three talented Rochester artist.
